In these interesting economic times, everyone is concerned about what is going to happen next. There are millions of people that are depending on the government to keep paying them either from their paychecks or other assistance they are receiving. Perhaps we, as American citizens, should find a new way of thinking. What if the answer to the economic times is in a network marketing business model?
On and off, for 30 years, I have been involved in different Multi-Level Marketing
(MLM) companies, sometimes called networking marketing model. Many
people do not have very positive thoughts about this kind of business model.
I have been with this company since February 2008 and it is my intention to be
with this MLM company for the rest of my life.
I want to share with you three reasons why a person may not have positive
thoughts, then I want to use those same ideas to show how a person could
adjust their thinking a little bit and see what a difference it could make.
A person may think a MLM business is an “illegal scam and not a real business.”
According to the dictionary.com, a scam means to defraud or to cheat someone.
If a MLM company has a product or a service that does not do what it says it they
do, I would have to agree that is cheating and defrauding people and that is
completely wrong. There are many companies in any business industry that
cheat and defraud their customers. Like anything else, it is your duty to check
out the company and find out about the people in charge of the company.
“Do all MLM businesses cheat and hurt people?” No. Although there are MLM
businesses that do scam and hurt people, it is unfair to assume that all MLM
companies are out to hurt people, without checking them out first. For the
last three and a half years I have been checking out my MLM Company and
I found out that the owners of my company put in many pay enhancements
in the pay plan to improve the potential income for each distributor. My
commissions for the past three years have increased because of this. I have
listened to many conference calls and been to many live meetings in the past
three and a half years where I met the owners of my company and they are
a very caring group of people.
“Sales are not for me.” Oh really? That is an interesting thought. Have you
ever wanted something from a friend, a parent or anybody in your whole
lifetime and with the people skills you have, you were able to get what you
wanted? Of course you did and I did too. Everybody has been able to get want
they have wanted at some time. Well, if you adjust your thinking it is the
same thing with a MLM business.
“Making money off of people is not for me.” Ok. I can understand and appreciate
your thinking about making money off of people. Why not adjust that thinking
to helping people to make money instead of making money off people? Any MLM
pay plan is designed to be a successful for a team. If you look at any sports
team all the team players have to work together for them to reach the team goal
to become a world champion team in their sport. Adjust that thinking
into a network marketing business model.
I want to share with you little bit about the way my network marketing pay
plan is set up. It is designed for average people to succeed in it. For the past
60 years or so, the average person recruits three people in their business. My
company has set up a pay plan with that in mind. This means that if a person
just does the average sponsoring then trains their whole team to do that
average, their income could possibly be a six figure income per year. This is
on your team pay.
One of the things that I have learned about this business is you should not
rely on people that you sponsor because they may not do what they are
supposed to do. So the pay plan solves that issue with three things that are
in place. First is the fast start pay that you could get up to $220.00 per sale.
Second, with the pay points so you can start a new team pay plan within your first team pay plan that will also cause you to get multi-commission on the
team pay also which means possibly you could have complete control how
much income you want to make. No other company has this feature. It is
copywritten by the owner.
Third is the profit sharing pools that the company has. You can quality for
one pool of 10 percent of the company gross sales by doing the work necessary
to be qualified in this pool. There is no group volume at all. It depends on
what you do, not what your group does.
If you would like more information about this Multi-Level Marketing business,
please contact me. I enjoy sharing my business plan with others so they can
increase their health and their wealth.

Which way is better to lead: by the product or by the business opportunity first in a networking marketing business? My question to you is why you want to go into business in the first place. Most people go into any kind of business to make an income. Here is the problem most people have in a network marketing business; they are not professional marketers they simply do not have the right people skills to succeed in a multi-level marketing (MLM) business. Therefore, people fail in any job or business because of the lack of people skills.
Now, what is your purpose as a new distributor in a MLM company? Is it to distribute the product or the service to the customers that you come into contact with or is it to direct your new workers to be trained by someone who is a professional in a way that will help them to have the freedom to get their vision that they have in their lives and their family’s lives?
Our job, as distributors is not to sell people on the product or to recruit people in the business, rather to interview people and see if they could be fit for our team of distributorship. If you alter your thought process a little bit and think of yourself as a Human Resources Manager for your company then you are able to do your job a lot better than ever before.
Let us talk little bit about your job as a job interviewer:
- Get some information from your prospect.
- Name
- What is their current job
- What are their goals
- Why do they want to work.
2. Find out if they will be following the directions.
3. If they convince you that they have the goals that are a good fit then you, as an interviewer, will send them to training department to be trained.
Please note that you did not sell them on any product nor did not recruit them at all. You just got their information and gave a little information to them.
I went to the training school this past weekend in St. Louis; it is going to be a requirement for all people that want to work for me to attend the same training that I went to. The reason I am making it a requirement is simple: the training was able to get me free from the hurt and pain that I been holding on to for many years in the past. At the training I have seen 5.3 million dollars of debt from different people that was able to be paid off completely by applying the “people skills” that Dani Johnson teaches at “The First Steps to Success”.
Here is the bottom line. There were 800 people from all over the world in St Louis, Mo this past weekend and everyone who I talked to improved their people skills. I am going to follow directions by having people go to www.danijohnson.com and be trained by a millionaire who was interviewed on ABC’s Secret Millionaire.
My training department from now on is going to be www.danijohnson.com.
My job is to interview people for a huge multi-million dollar worldwide distributorship business and to direct people to the training that has a proven record for so many people. It may not work for you but all I know it has worked for lots of other people in this kind of business model. I have seen it with my own two eyes.

From a City of Palmdale Press Release:
The City of Palmdale filed a lawsuit against California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) on Wednesday, July 6 in United States District Court to prevent the Authority from illegally using Federal grant funds and Proposition 1A bond funds to study an alternative Interstate 5/Grapevine route for the California High Speed Rail Project that was previously considered and rejected over eight years ago.
“The people of California approved the passage of Proposition 1A bond funds for the high speed rail project that specifically listed Palmdale as one of the stops on the route and the federal grant does not allow for this Grapevine alignment restudy,” said Palmdale City Attorney Matthew Ditzhazy. “Surreptitiously, the CHSRA board is attempting to use that bond money, and restricted Federal grant funds, to study an alternative route over the Grapevine—a route that has already been studied and rejected.”
“In 2008, the voters approved Proposition 1A approving and establishing funding for a High-Speed Rail project that include a station in the city of Palmdale,” said Ditzhazy. “Using Proposition 1A funds, and corresponding Federal grant funds, to study an alignment outside of the approved sections is illegal, contrary to the will of the voters, and places the entire High-Speed Rail project in jeopardy.”
“Since 1992, the City of Palmdale has been a driving force in bringing the Antelope Valley to the table in terms of high speed rail,” said Palmdale Mayor Jim Ledford. “It makes absolutely no sense to use taxpayer dollars to study a route that has been shown to be inferior on so many levels. To change the route and take it through an area with few people and a strong resistance from environmental groups instead of a stop that is wanted by a community and has the potential to reach millions of people is totally absurd. Furthermore, the I-5 route completely bypasses our intermodel connectivity that is coming to Palmdale with our regional airport, a Metrolink Station, the High Desert Corridor freeway alignment at Avenue P-8, State Routes 14 and 138 and the soon-to-be started Desert Xpress train to Las Vegas,” Ledford said.
“The City of Palmdale has invested a tremendous amount of resources, time and energy to ensure that a Palmdale stop between Bakersfield and Los Angeles becomes a reality,” said Palmdale City Manager Steve Williams. “Our City and local businesses have made significant investments with this alignment—an alignment that the people of this State approved.”
